Pearland ISD is no stranger to racism. With perpetual racist incidents, the most recent one being students who wore confederate flag attire to school, students will no longer settle for Pearland's performative statements. We want action.

We ask that Pearland outlines an effective response to racist incidents in the student handbook including appropriate disciplinary procedures and consequences for discriminatory/racist acts perpetrated by students, teachers, or staff. 

We shouldn't have to make the news to address the racism and safety of the students in our district. Take action. Sign. Share.
