The amount of accessible seating is severely limited in all venues accross the country. These seats should be used by those in need, not by those willing to pay outragous prices to scalpers. While the petition authors understand that StubHub does not actually resell the seats they do allow their site to be used for these unethical practices. The StubHub web site states that "StubHub is committed to investing in the communities in which we operate and to supporting fans" This is their chance to show that is true by helping to make sure accessible seating goes to those that need it.

StubHub, as one of the nations leading ticket resellers, can take a stand against this practice by not allowing ADA seats to be sold on their site. This will greatly reduce the ability of ticket scalpers to purchase and resell these seats and show support from StubHub that these tickets should go to the disabled audience.
