Sexual harassment victims often find that to get compensation from a firm they have sign non-disclosure agreements that prevent them from talking publicly about the harassment. This perpetuates the culture of silence around harassment.  
 
We urge the UK government to ban (make unenforceable) provisions of non-disclosure agreements that prevent victims from talking about sexual harassment.
