Baljinder Singh was told that the medicine was being given to help save a stranger’s father’s life. He did not understand that it was a prohibited drug, and he never intended to cause harm. Baljinder is a husband, a father of two children, and the only son of elderly parents who depend on him. His family is living through an extremely difficult and uncertain time, hoping and praying that he will be able to return home.
We understand the seriousness of the situation and respect the legal process. At the same time, we humbly ask that consideration be given to Baljinder’s circumstances, his intentions, and the impact this situation is having on his family.
Please consider allowing Baljinder Singh the opportunity to return to his family and continue his life with his loved ones.

More transparency is needed on what is happening.
