In an attempt to provide space for the construction of affordable housing in our area the town of Strathroy has identified various properties it owns suitable for development. 
One of the properties being considered is Saulsbury Park located between Drury Ln and Dominion St. 
There are no other playgrounds in the north end of town and it the route to Alexandra Park is unsafe for young children as most need to cross busy Victoria St. 

Please sign this petition to keep Saulsbury Park around for our kids and for future generations. This is the park that I grew up playing in and take my children to. It's a wonderful green space for children to play baseball, kick a soccer ball around, fly a kite, run around with friends and most importantly just be kids in a safe environment close to home.
