Firstly, we are very grateful for the school's propsal to combine the 2020 and 2021 Stowe Leavers Ball next summer as one solution to the disruption caused by Covid 19.

However, on behalf of both this year's leavers and next, we would like to propose an alternate date in late August or early September.

This would enable both year groups to have their own "special celebration" in the year that they actually graduated. This date is also easier for this year's Leavers as many will be preparing, around that time, to head to University or begin their gap years, and this would be an amazing send off. 

While we love our friends in the Lower Sixth, being able to celebrate this milestone with just your own year group, at the end of our 5 year incredible years at Stowe, is very important to all of us. We assume that the Lower Sixth feel the same way. 

Dear Headmaster, we hope you will consider our request and can find a way to make this possible.
