Many people have been complaining that they have a hard time getting in contact with the in game customer support and even when you do get a response it is not even tailored to you personally instead it is a generic copy and paste message. The support offers absolutly no resolutions whatsoever and makes it increasingly frustrating for the end user trying to get in touch. 

I have been trying to get in contact with someone for over 3 days, I have been unfairly banned for 7 days and I have never once cheated. I can not even get in contact with someone to resolve this matter. This has happened to hundred and thousands of people! Customer Service is important to any game and the fact that we are not even getting answers is horrible.
