 • Improve transparency and communication regarding processing delays
 • Ensure that passports are not held longer than necessary without valid explanation

We also request that the U.S. Embassy and Consular authorities review and monitor the operational performance of VFS Global Turkey to ensure that visa applicants are treated fairly, efficiently, and in line with expected international service standards.

Applicants deserve clarity, accountability, and timely handling of their personal documents. Reasonable processing times are not a privilege, they are a basic expectation.
