We, the People, of the United States of America, demand a stop to the redirection and suppression of vital Covid-19 data. Recently, the CDC was bypassed regarding Covid-19 data, raising concerns in the citizens that the HHS (which is handled at a cabinet-level), would mishandle, misrepresent, or suppress the data. To the President, our Representatives, our Senators, and our Supreme Court, we demand the following:

1) Stop any and all suppression of data related to Covid-19, both on the Federal level and the State level.

2) Legislate checks and balances, or enforce existing checks and balances, that will prevent the suppression of Covid-19 data.

3) Prevent further attempts to misrepresent, suppress, or redirect information regarding Covid-19. We demand transparency of data available to the public.

4) Reinstate the CDC as the primary handler of Covid-19 data.

It is the duty of those in public office to ensure the safety of their constituents - as well as to ensure that we may continue to have Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. The irresponsible withholding of this information will result in the deaths of thousands of Americans nationwide. We ask our Congress men and women, Senators, and Supreme Court Judges, to stand with the people.

We demand such actions to supress information vital to the safety of Americans be ruled Unconstitutional and demand immediate intervention of stated actions. Such actions are a stark betrayal to the heroes on the frontlines such as the Doctors and Nurses that are fighting Covid-19 every day; people we recently called our heroes. Is this how we repay our heroes in the United States of America?
