The majority opinion to overturn Roe v. Wade, authored by Justice Samuel Alito, was joined by Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. Thomas and Kavanaugh also filed concurring opinions.

All five of the Justices who were in favor of the overturning of that Right, with the dissenting Supreme Court Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan who wrote a searing dissent to the court's decision to end Roe v. Wade and overturn the constitutional right, still managed to be successful at revoking the Right for a person to decide to have a SAFE abortion.

This overturning also puts Obergefell v Hodges at risk, Loving v Virginia at risk, Griswold v Connecticut at risk and even possibly Brown v. The Board of Education at risk of being overturned, effectively leaving these laws up to each state to decide if they make anything pertaining to these laws legal within their borders.

The facts:

1.) Approximately 700 women a year, without Roe v. Wade being reversed, die due to complications with pregnancy. Reversing Roe will make this number rise, significantly. *

3.) This also effects our women and people with a uterus serving in the United States military. They can make a request but ultimately cannot be promised where they are stationed, and, if they are stationed in a state, such as Texas, which houses a huge majority of military personnel, they will not have access to abortion health care. Also, the limited access to birth control and ultrasound often, while deployed, depending on their location - will have to travel quite a distance off base to gain access to both.

4.) Ectopic pregnancy - this is where the egg is fertilized in a fallopian tube. This, which is out of the person's control, has a 90% mortality rate, the cure being an abortion.

Those are just a few reasons surrounding the health aspects of why it is imperative to keep Roe v. Wade.

It is absolutely important to realize that there are a plethora of reasons as to why anyone with a uterus would choose to have an abortion, none of which, is anyone's permissable acknowledgement to know why or have the power to supercede that decision. Rape and incest can be a reason why, health factors, being under the age of 18 (a child), financial reasons, not having physical or mental safety in the home they are living or their career, or not wanting become a parent because they do not want to be.

It is a complete overstep of the Supreme Court Justices to make such decision in revoking Roe, is folly and identical to a fascist decision. No law should be revoked or invoked due to religious or personal moral beliefs based solely from the power of the lawmaker, and as the revoking of Roe has shown, it does not represent the majority of the citizens. This puts human lives who are capable of making cognitive decisions, at risk.

I am calling for Roe v. Wade to be reinstated and codified, and/or all five the Supreme Court Justices who voted in favor of the overturning of this Right to be stripped of there titles, to replace them with five new Supreme Court Justices that the majority of Americans choose to have, who will best represent this country and uphold every crucial right and law that is in place, to make progress and not steps backward.

We the people DO have a voice, and will not stand for this malicious and dangerous overturning of Roe V. Wade.
