Stop the rampant CSA on Twitter

Stop the rampant CSA on Twitter
The Issue
There's a huge issue on Twitter with child sexual exploitation and child pornography. Just look up these tags and you'll see: mnsfw (minor not safe for work), mnswf (alteration of previous tag), maptwt (minor attracted person tweet), mapfriendly, pedobait, pxdobait, pedoslut, pedofriendly, pedomommy, pedodaddy, cpleaks, cpdiscord, cpdiscordserver, irlloli (underage girl), irlshota (underage boy), cartographytwt (cartography = map = minor attracted person), cartotwt, aamtwt (adult attracted minor) aamslut, aamfriendly, and more. I and others have been mass reporting for weeks and barely making a dent in it. Many of the reports for child sexual exploitation on Twitter are successful, but these accounts just pop right up again after being suspended ("sussed" as they call it). These are children exchanging and selling sexually explicit photos of themselves and posting it for all to see. Or some adult in their lives is forcing them to do it. Twitter needs to come up with a solution to stop enabling this exchange of child pornography on its platform. I suggest making bans harsher by doing IP bans, auto flagging any accounts using these tags and making them unsearchable, making all tweets reportable for child sexual exploitation (rather than just media tweets), and requiring new sign ups to use phone numbers to verify that they aren't people coming back from just being banned.
These changes are in the best interests of Twitter. Tumblr had a similar problem with child sexual exploitation, and Apple threatened to remove their app from the app store unless they could get it under control. Obviously, it would be a huge hit against Twitter if Apple didn't support a Twitter app. Tumblr went further and any potentially NSFW (not safe for work) hashtags are unsearchable, and full nudity and overtly sexually explicit content is banned. Perhaps Twitter doesn't need to go that far, but maybe it would be for the best to ensure child sexual exploitation is limited. It's unacceptable that Twitter is supporting the exchange of child pornography, and it needs to be stopped by Twitter now. If Twitter does not implement these changes, Apple needs to step up and do the same thing to Twitter that they did to Tumblr.
