The Middle Park Hotel has issued a plan, seeking approval from the Port Phillip Council to create a 200-person rooftop terrace. The terrace will be allowed to serve alcohol and play music until 1am every night of the year except for New Year’s Eve, Grand Final Eve, Melbourne Cup, F1, and whenever they want until 3am. Their noise will travel far across, polluting our beautiful neighbourhood while keeping us up at night.
