If backpage can get shut down because of sex workers. Why are we allowing a platform that facilitates taking advantage of children?

Purpose:

  To get enough signatures to bring this to congress for them to step in.

   To send this to distributors of Robux card sales to damage the company and bring forth the bad deeds they do to the general public.

Why it isn't safe:

   Roblox has shown time and time again they do not care about the children or their safety on the platform and will happily defend a child predator if it means more profits.** As in the case of Jadon Shedletsky. 

   Roblox doesn't make the games the children play. The games are made by the players, much of the work goes unpaid while Roblox profits off the unpaid work of their community. (only the top echelon of developers even make money and when they do its a 75% split towards Roblox leaving them with 25 cents of the dollar they earned)

   Roblox's moderation is of no use as the investigations of exploited minors keeps popping up and time and time again Roblox has either denied the accusations or called the victims "Attention seekers".**

What Is Roblox:   

 Roblox is an online game platform and game creation system developed by Roblox Corporation that allows users to program games and play games created by other users. It is marketed to children, and that's their target demographic.

Why not sue for damges:

   Roblox is, as of writing this, a twenty-five billion dollar company. As it stands now no single private entity can battle against them.

   Roblox has a history of brining defamatory lawsuits to silence their critics and will make use of DMCA's**. 

   Roblox features a strict no-refund policy.  They make it extremely easy for children to unknowingly charge parents cards with absolutely no safe guards.

   This goes beyond just a few isolated cases. As adults, responsible for the safety of our children, we must take action to show ,not only, Roblox isn't alright but to send a message to all others. 

   As stated above no private entity can hope to do anything meaningful against Roblox with our current judicial system. 

   If congress gets ahold of the information at hand the American people will be able to rest assured knowing that a platform facilitating dangers hidden in a cute package for our children is no longer.
