There's a 4 storey apartment being built at the empty plot of land near Somerville Boulevard at Winthrop. 

The problem is, this apartment will ruin Winthrop's legacy of being peaceful, safe and sunny suburb. And what if the developers decide to abandon the project? It will just stick out doing nothing.

As a teenager, me and my friends all oppose this. I'm sure the Winthrop community will too. 

Instead of turning this into an apartment, they could turn this into a small grass land with benches, keeping Winthrop's huge greenery while not being an eyesore.
