NHS jobs and services are under threat across Greater Glasgow and Clyde. For over a year, NHS workers in Greater Glasgow and Clyde have been getting together in their union – UNISON – to campaign against cuts to services like health visiting, Glasgow’s hospital at home service, care home nursing, administrative and clerical positions, various mental health and community health roles and Ward 36 at the Royal Alexandria Hospital in Paisley.

UNISON NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde has been campaigning hard against all and any cuts, taking the fight backed by 4000 NHS staff directly to the board. 

UNISON is now calling on the people of Greater Glasgow and Clyde to back the fight and sign the petition to say: NO CUTS TO OUR NHS! 

We all know the impact of years of budget cuts on NHS services. Staff see this day in day out, and patients and their families are at the sharp end of poor service provision due to austerity. We must stand together to fight for proper investment to the NHS - sign the petition and back the campaign!
