Stop the breed bans already!! 

"The American Pit Bull Terrier used to be the U.S. military mascot. Sergeant Stubby, known as the most decorated war dog, was also a pit bull."

"But despite their service, in early 2009, just before the Bush Administration left office, the Pentagon passed a new pet policy for military housing that banned pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans, chows, and wolf hybrids. Several military families were forced to give up their dogs."

The government should not be able to dictate what kind of dogs we own and without question should not be telling our military families to give up their family pets because of it's breed! These people fight for our freedoms, freedoms such as this basic one. This is a disgusting display of our U.S government and our tax dollars at work, you can not keep blaming specific breeds of K-9's because of irresponsible owners.  These pet bans are popping up all over the place and in turn discourage someone who would consider adopting a Pit bull or other sheltered dogs from giving them a good home So our shelters are over crowding even more and an endless amount of harmless dogs are being put down, this is an out rage! Tell them to lose this law or in November when We're hiring and firing because this will weigh on our decisions.
