No charges filed by Paul Czajka, District Attorney. WHAT ?????

It's been over 2 months since the New York State Police "seized"  thirty eight ( 38 ) neglected horses and other animals from a Thoroughbred Breeding Farm in Columbia County. Thanks to Godspeed Hostel and Horses Rescue located in Dutchess County, New York, these severely neglected horses and other animals were transported to their rescue farm where the slow recovery process, and careful re-feeding program has begun. Sadly, six ( 6 ) animals, including four ( 4 ) companion animals were so badly emaciated they needed to be humanely euthanized. 

When will Paul Czajka, District Attorney of Columbia County file Animal Cruelty charges against the owner of this farm, and fully prosecute this case ?
