Thanks to the New York State Police the 32 horses and animals were rescued from the ongoing neglect at the Thoroughbred Breeding Farm, and now it's time for Paul Czajka, DA and his appointed staff to fully prosecute this case. Not holding this criminal responsible for the death and starvation of dozens of horses and animals is unacceptable by the 31,000 supporters of this petition.
