Victory!

January 2, 2020: Multiple agencies "raided" the Animal Abuser's horse farm and removed all the horses ! The New York State Police, assisted by several volunteer rescue operations from the area saved dozens of neglected horses, and other farm animals. Thank you to each of the 31,000 supporters to " STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y" and congratulations ! We appreciate the concern of the Honorable Andrew Cuomo, Governor of New York State, and the Honorable Letitia James, Attorney General of New York State. A special thanks to the New York State Police, and all the volunteers that made the rescue possible in a safe and well coordinated manner. In the future, all local, county, and state authorities should consider implementing new clear protocols for the investigations all future Animal Cruelty cases, record and report all Animal Cruelty crimes to the county and state, and to increase transparency by making the disposition of all criminal Animal Cruelty cases available to the public.
