The Honorable Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York State, and the Honorable Letitia James, New York State Attorney General were asked by 31,000 supporters to stop the ongoing Animal Neglect in Columbia County New York, but to date, there has been no help.
It appears the criminal investigation and prosecution of these Animal Cruelty crimes have been "hindered" by those in charge of protecting the horses, and other animals in Columbia County, New York for many years.
In 3/19, Ironically, the well-known Animal Abuser filed a Federal lawsuit after being arrested for over 10 counts of Animal Cruelty.by the New York State Police in 2017 claiming "false arrest" and other assertions. The Animal Abuser is now seeking over 15 million dollars in damages against 2 employees of Columbia County Humane Society (CGHS), CGHS, and the County of Columbia, N.Y.
Oddly, the New York State Police, the arresting agency of the Animal Abuser was not named in the Federal false arrest lawsuit! What? The arresting police agency was not named in the false arrest lawsuit ?
Perhaps the filing party knew the New York State Police would not play ball to "enrich" the Animal Abuser by participating in the latest scam which may result in INSURANCE FRAUD if CGHS and Columbia County's Insurance Company settles with the Animal Abuser after the ongoing "hindrance" of this Animal Neglect case since 2014. It's a fact critical evidence was withheld from the Grand Jury which resulted in a no true bill vote. It's also a fact some authorities have failed to enforce the New York Agricultural laws against Animal Cruelty before, during and after this investigation. To date, there has been no investigation or headlines reporting the multimillion-dollar lawsuit against CGHS and Columbia County by any "independent" the media outlets, as if the multimillion-dollar lawsuit is being done in secret at the expense of the taxpayers, just like the "secret" Grand Jury Hearings. During the Grand Jury 63% of the counts of Animal Cruelty charges were not shown to the Grand Jurors. Experts testimony, horse owners, and other credible witnesses for the prosecution were also disallowed from testifying. Who was in charge of presenting the Animal Cruelty charges to the Grand Jury? Whoever they were may have been totally incompetent, or possibly an active participant(s) in the cover up, and now potentially a multimillion-dollar insurance fraud in clear view. Who is the insurance company for CGHS and Columbia County? I'm sure they would appreciate all evidence of past and present ongoing Animal Cruelty by the well-known bankrupt Animal Abuser located in Columbia County, New York to defend themselves against the frivolous multimillion-dollar lawsuit filed by the Animal Abuser.
