STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y.

Thank you to all the 28, 917 supporters of "STOP THE ANIMAL NEGLECT IN COLUMBIA COUNTY, N.Y." There is no excuse why the authorities in Columbia County continue to allow the "Animal Cruelty" to continue at a "Thoroughbred Breeding Farm" masquerading like a "rescue" ! This white pony was intentionally starved and neglected not only "before" the Animal Abuser was arrested, but for 45 days "after" the Animal abuser was arrested during a "seize in place" court order with oversight by Animal Welfare. The authorities refused to remove this pony from the unsafe environment, and obviously the seized farm lacked any oversight. The Animal Abuser continued to intentionally starve and abuse this pony, and continues to starve other horses as we speak which were also obtained under false pretense. Guess what the authorities have done between 7/17 and today ? Absolutely nothing. The public would like to know why this Animal Cruelty is allowed to continue year in and year out in Columbia County, N.Y. and who is responsible, and why they are still in office, employed, or under contract ? It appears this Animal Abuser would not be allowed to violate New York State Agriculture & Market Animal Cruelty laws "openly" for 5 years and "defraud" the public unless somebody is asleep at the wheel, or helping to drive the bus. This "bad apple" is poisoning the entire herd and has no place in the community, or operating a Thoroughbred Breeding farm and fraudulent rescue operation . The Animal Abuser is "selectively starving" the non Thoroughbred horses deemed "less" desirable. The Animal Abuser then  starves the "rescue horses" and others obtained under false pretense as a "live piggy bank" when the Animal Abuse is low on cash. Shocking, sad, and ongoing.
