The Public is asking the Honorable Andrew M. Cuomo for his help after local, county, and state officials have been unwilling, unable or incapable of stopping this ongoing Animal Cruelty in Columbia County, N.Y. The owner of a "Thoroughbred Breeding Farm" acting under the "guise" of "rescue" is gaining custody of property (horses) and money under false pretense, uses the Internet to misrepresent the care the horses will receive, instructs the Public to use the Federal Communication system to wire money to a PayPal account under false pretenses, brings or causing to bring these horses across state lines with the intent to defraud. The Animal Abuser is not "saving" these "rescue horses", they are intentionally being "starved" before they are sold, or worse, spend years of being "tortured" in some back field, or inside  a filthy barn. The Public is tired of authorities failing to enforce the New York State Agriculture & Markets Animal Cruelty laws at this Thoroughbred Breeding Farm for the past 5 years ! Why would anybody in their right mind allow this to continue year in and year out ? Why ? There is absolutely no excuse unless of course the serial Animal Abuser is a small fish in a larger pond.
