Cuomo, Governor of New York State will order a Special Prosecutor, Independent Animal Cruelty expert and unrelated Veterinarian to thoroughly investigate, and prosecute this serial Animal Abuser located in Columbia County, N.Y. This serial Animal Abuser uses the Internet to gain custody of "rescue horses" under "false pretenses" by misrepresenting the care that will be provided. The Animal Abuser does this under the "guise" of "rescue" at this "Thoroughbred Breeding Farm". The serial Animal Abuser brings, or causes to bring these "rescue horses" interstate with the intent to defraud. Once the serial Animal Abuser gains custody of these rescue horses, if they fail to sell, they are intentionally starved for many months, and years at a time. Long term starvation is very painful, and is considered "torture". The Public would like to know why this serial Animal Abuser located in Columbia County, N.Y. has not been held accountable since 2014 for these crimes ? Did somebody "mix up" or "forget" to show the evidence, or is there a concerted effort to "actively" assist this serial Animal Abuser in evading the law ? False statements under oath is also a crime.
