" STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y."

Thank you for all your support ! "STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y." has 26,430 supporters ! We are confident the Honorable Andrew M. Cuomo, Governor of New York State will put an end to this ongoing Animal Cruelty. The Public is respectively asking Governor Cuomo to direct the "authorities" to enforce the New York Agriculture & Markets against Animal Cruelty to protect these suffering horses, now and in the future. Columbia County residents are "horrified" these criminal  "Animal Cruelty" violations at this "Thoroughbred Breeding Farm" have been "allowed" to continue for over 5 years. A public statement once made " ....no reason was found to proceed with any charges"  is categorically false, and misleading. Apparently, a more accurate statement should have read " ... were not provided any evidence to proceed" or "tricked by con" If the responsible parties are unable, or unwilling to thoroughly investigate, and fully prosecute this known Animal Abuser due to possible "conflicts of interest", perhaps the Governor should appoint a "Special Investigator" with two "Independent" Veterinarians. It's hard to understand how some people can sleep at night knowing they are "directly responsible" for allowing the ongoing torture of these horses, and then publicly accept "awards" they take turns receiving to gain the accolades of the public, and voters. It's also insulting to the intelligence of the public, who appear well aware of what's been going on, and why it's been allowed to continue. So please keep sharing this petition addressed to the Honorable Andrew M. Cuomo for his help. Hopefully, our 26,430 voices will be heard loud and clear ! Thank you again, and please keep sharing !
