STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y.

Over 24,375 people have signed this petition to end the Animal Cruelty at one well known Animal Abuser's "Thoroughbred Breeding Farm" located in Columbia County, N.Y. masquerading as a "rescue farm".
