" STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y."

Thank you for all your support ! Over 22,267 people support  " STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y." petition addressed to The Honorable Andrew M. Cuomo, Governor of the State of New York. We are hopeful Governor Cuomo will remind the local, county and state officials of their "duty" to enforce the New York State Agriculture & Markets laws prohibiting Animal Cruelty. These laws against Animal Cruelty apply to "all" residents of New York State, not just a select few targeted for headlines. The Public is tired of the headlines looking for donations for " Patsy the Poodle" while these horses and other animals are being intentionally starved, and grossly neglected at one notorious Animal Abuser's Thoroughbred Breeding Farm. What agency would knowingly allow a person just arrested for Animal Neglect to continue starving the "same" horses the Police just arrested the Animal Abuser for, during court ordered "oversight" by Animal Welfare AND knowingly allow the same Animal Abuser to bring in more horses while under a " seize in place" court order; which disallowed any horses in/out, clearly in contempt of a court, and committed additional Animal Neglect violations and get away with it ? Answer: A person who doesn't respect the Authorities, New York State laws, or Court Orders, and knows since 2014 there have been no consequences. Why has this same person been allowed to continue gaining custody of property (horses) from the public under "false pretenses" of a "rescue" and "misrepresenting" the care the horses and other animals will be provided, and bring these horses across state lines to be    tortured ? Yes, long term intentional starvation is very painful and is considered "torture". It appears the same person that has been blatantly neglecting, abusing, and torturing animals at this horse farm since 2014, and is well is known by the authorities. What person can " falsify documents", provide " fabricated feed bills" to the New York State Police and craft "inflated fake invoices to Horse Boarders" and get away with it ? What person can just take somebody's horse and sell or kill the horse and get away with it ? Yes, apparently the same Animal Abuser who has been immune from "prosecution" for many years. The Police can only make arrests, and then it's up to the Prosecutor to thoroughly investigate serious Animal Neglect cases and other related crimes and file "all" charges. and "prosecute"......that is of course if they really want the Animal Cruelty to finally end. It seems like something may be "askew" in Columbia County, and hopefully Governor Cuomo can intervene and stop this brutal, intentional and ongoing animal cruelty and other crimes by ordering an independent investigation of the past and current criminal acts assigning an "independent Veterinarian or Animal Expert" unrelated to "local" persons or groups. Has anybody seen this horse pictured above last seen in Columbia County, N.Y. in 2015 ? The same Animal Abuser allegedly " fabricated, inflated, and falsified invoices" and disallowed the owner on the property in order to illegally gain custody of this Thoroughbred mare...and guess what ? The Animal Abuser in Columbia County got away with that too ! Absolutely mind boggling this serial Animal Abuser has not been fully prosecuted by the law and held accountable for the serious and intentional Animal Cruelty violations. Please continue to share !
