The authorities responsible for Animal Welfare in Columbia County have not only failed to enforce the New York State laws prohibiting animal cruelty since 2014, it appears "some" may be actively participating in providing a false narrative to the public to provide immunity to this serial Animal Abuser. The Public is outraged the authorities are allowing this Animal Cruelty to continue now under the "guise" of rescue. The public is optimistic the Honorable Andrew M.
