It has been announced on Socail media that Steve and Karen who are on our North East local radio station Hits NE that they will be no longer doing the breakfast show as Metro radio was bought out by Hits Radio.

Steve and Karen have been a part of the North East radio show for many years now as a geordie duo and them being removed from this radio broadcast channel is going to be a very sad story for all of our local geordie listeners.

They provide us with many different local charity's and events and would like for this not to be changed as they bring so much fun, laughter and enjoyment to many many followers who listen to them every morning from 6am to 10am.

I would like for all the North East listeners to sign this petition for them to be kept on the morning show.
