Taiwan is expected to legalize cannabis marijuana after The Republic for The People's Republic Of China establishes licensing guidelines.
The move comes as a shock to The United Nations (UN), which ousted founding member country Taiwan in 1971. The strategy is entirely political.
The U.N. favoured the Chinese communist regime as official member country over founding nation Taiwan (The Republic Of China). The Chinese Communist Party (CCP), in turn, has implicit U.N. support to "conquer" Taiwan.
The CCP re-iterated its intent to conquer Taiwan via military means as early as 2020, in a Minister Of Defence report dated 31 Aug 2018, reported the Taipei Times in September.
Taiwan is officially The Republic Of China. Taiwan is a democratic nation. Its leadership is unofficially the leadership for mainland China. However, international political disputes, including monetary motivations, permit The CCP to mutiny against what it considers to be its "island province".
Legalization of cannabis marijuana in Taiwan sends a resounding message of support to Canada. It directly states, "Taiwan is a democratic nation independent of authoritarian anti-human rights campaigns permitted on mainland soil. It is impossible for The United Nations to oppose Taiwan while China remains a communist regime since The U.N. itself underscores the tenants of global sustainability. Sustainability is first and foremost founded on the basic respect for human rights, including the freedom of religion, the freedom to protest unnecessary government waste, and the freedom to work together to support environmentally sustainable projects throughout the whole of the world."
What does legalization of marijuana have to do with a political argument for global sustainability and basic human rights?
We turn to independent Taiwan human rights activist, and global leader for the necessary paradigm shift, Rene Helmerichs.
Mr. Helmerichs devotes his life to exposing a growing threat to personal rights, commonly known as the drive to tranquilize peace activists in hospitals. Mr. Helmerichs was kept in jail in Canada on false grounds of contacting The Mormon Community Of Christ for international support without their expressly stated permission. The very idea should sound ridiculous, however, it forms the basis for this petition that is now in its seventh year.
The idea is accurately expressed in a conversation between Mr. Helmerichs and his wife. The conversation occurred 30 Sept 2018:
His wife, Lindsay, asked, "How do you know you are correct?"
They were chatting last night before sleep. Rene responded, "First, you need to change the question. Use 'I'."
Rene and Lindsay are Coursers. Coursers are students of the text, "A Course In Miracles." The book teaches, like so many others, that each ultimately shares just one mind. There really is just one universal sentience at the root of all confusion, attempting forever to heal, and only heal. Therefore, we must learn, as we are all learning, to accept responsibility for our actions.
She rephrased, "How do we--"
"Honey, use I."
"Why I? Why not we?" She countered.
"Ok. What is the difference between 'I' and 'we'?"
They discussed the idea. "'We' represents a joint venture between two seemingly separate individuals. If one is asking of the other, for the other to be able to answer, 'I' is better."
"How do I know I am correct?"
"Think about it. The laws must be ever consistent. Consistency same-applies. It is only possible for all desires to become possible at the same time if none interferes with any other. If every goal you make is to help all people, then it helps you achieve any personal goal so long as it doesn't interfere with anyone else's. For example, you want to drive a boat. That only takes money. There are shops to rent a boat. We can rent one whenever we like, for as long as we like. The question is only of the money we have. If we help others save time earning money, and help governments spend money wisely without unnecessary loss, then we can receive a part of the surplus with gratitude as 'consultants'. The question now is only about teaching people to work better together, without anger, with increased joy, with more time off, and greater flexibility to do what they would also like, in their free-time. Correct is only relative to the concept of wrong. If everyone is willing to do things better, better being better for all, then ideas for correctness are gone. It's all just a process of teaching and learning to better relate, to be willing to heal relationships, to work together for larger common goals, and have smaller private dreams actualized naturally in the process. Short answer: 'only healing never hurting' thinking helps us understand each other better, and that is never wrong."

This petition is directly to heal the misunderstanding that psychiatrists should be permitted to trump judges in courts of law, globally. It is focused in the legal structure of Canada, however, The U.S. American Psychological Association is the publisher for the book all psychiatrists use in their diagnoses, The Diagnostic And Statistics Manual.
Complaints have long been made against countless Canadian government officials including also The Ontario College Of Physicians And Surgeons. One psychiatrist, Anjana Chawla of Ontario, Canada, did in 2012 bribe Mr. Helmerichs to stop writing, in exchange that she stop forcibly injecting him for speaking out. The idea is absurd, yet the event did occur.
As a result, Mr. Helmerichs elects to now use his freedom of speech to promote an independent campaign for him to run in any upcoming election to become Prime Minister of Canada. Thereafter, Mr. Helmerichs intends to announce a second election for the very same position, and appoint himself as Governor General.
A result of this petition is directly to endow Mr. Helmerichs with the legal authority to make necessary corrections to The Criminal Code Of Canada, to correct a broken system in a way that current Canadian government officials are yet unwilling to do.
