Professors from NYC Columbia's prestigious School Of Medicine wrote A Course In Miracles 50 years ago.

This sentence is confusing:

"It needs but two who would have happiness this day to promise it to all the world."

For a long time I thought it meant that only two governments need to work together, to guarantee a sustainable future for everyone. 

I was wrong.  Happiness is different for everyone!

I now understand the sentence teaches peace.  It empowers people.  People can really help each other!

For Taiwan specifically, there is a new development:

Politicians are allowed to go to jail for corruption, and then come out of jail and right back into their old positions.

But teachers at universities cannot teach if they were wrongfully imprisoned.

To get around the Taiwan law, universities do not ask teachers for criminal record checks.  Anyway, students who were in jail are allowed to go to school and maybe teach others how to break the law... um...

If teachers who were wrongfully in jail cannot teach, then students who were in jail for crimes they did commit, should not be allowed into schools because they can teach their beliefs to other students.
