My name is Anna and I am 32yo Polish female.

I fell victim to extreme and predatory emotional grooming, coercive control, and severe psychiatric abuse at Springfield Hospital (SWL Mental Trust) on two occasions, along with other severe harm including sexual abuse. In 2014, at the age of 21, I was groomed and psychiatry abused as a vulnerable adult. The 'assessors' of the NHS brainwashed me with entirely FALSE childhood abuse allegations that were suggested to me and misrepresented as my 'disclosures' without any evidence of such events occurring(eg there is NOT a single Police report/no social services reports etc) and I have no memories of any childhood abuse-actually being brainwashed and having FALSE memories implemented in me by abusive and predatory NHS staff destroyed my family and robbed me of family support-ppl who did this to me got away with everything. During the same assessment-NHS predatory assessors used my immigrant status; lack of translators and safeguarding failures to implement in me false story that I had depression diagnosed in Poland by 'school psychologist who prescribed me medications and at same time I had no contact with any psychiatric services in Poland' at age of 16 in Poland-again NO medical evidences of ANY sorts. This begun gehenna ordeal of destructive psychiatric abuse and abuse with psychiatric medications that destroyed my mental and physical health. 2014 assessments have been organized by predatory and abusive ex GP who have targeted me as 21 yo vulnerable adult and abused me psychologically for over 9 years due to her untreated FDIA disorder(formerly known as munchausen by proxy).

SHE has painted eg my medically indicated surgery in Poland as 'cosmetic'-which has begun gehenna ordeal in 2014 and there is plethora of other evidences in my records suggesting medical abuse by person ill with FDIA-she continued medical abuse of me(and severe sexual abuse of me under treatment disguises for 'body dysphoria' due to her lies my surgery was cosmetic; and then brainwashed me and imposed on me transideologies due to her own untreated disorder/psychiatry obsession and it's closely related to profession of her family member).

SHE has made insane amount of mental services referrals seeking attention of other professionals/playing ping pong game behind my back with deluded and naively believing her NHS people due to systemic failures and lack of control-due to her activity I have been exposed to springifeld predatory psychiatrist(much older than me-20 years or so) who have groomed me and demanded for himself a lot of nice and praising emails as he promised me job adapted to my real phsycial(entirely untreated) disabilities and housing adapted to my needs as well as extensive financial supprots.

I have criminal conviction regarding my 'offensive' behaviour of sending emails which was entirely started by said ex GP abuser encouraging me and coercivelly controlling me to send email to her practice 'to disclose' my symptoms which I did only after her psychological abuse

I have photos and records proving otherwise-with regards to childhood fantasy stories of childhood abuse; NHS is unable to prove any depression story in poland(and I have no such evidences) and I have multiple records and evidences all issues NHS alleges I had eg at job-stress and abuse by workmates-started when I became exposed in excessive manners(in form of regular appointments she was luring me into)to this female ex GP who PREYED on me and psychiatry abused me tin joint enterprise with Sprignfield quacks who Verified NOTHING with me and failed to check any facts in 2014 and later on and have been re-stating blatant lies/peer parroting/story telling(like writing fantasy book off sentence started by another nhs person) in my records; crafting extensive fantasy stories and getting rich on Healthcare fraud(taxpayer money wasted) whilst my life was YEAR BY YEAR destroyed and led to ruins/fall apart-with escalation of this ex GP in 2020-2024(total detachment from reality)-all to NO SYSTEMIC protection and zero safeguarding. I have NOT been able to voice any reasonable complaints or disclose fact of being groomed and harassed and abused by her as at this stage I have been already medically abused for over 6 years with multiple meds changes that have shattered my health.

She escalated in 2022 when she began abusing me with antipsychotics and have caused me severe and UNWANTED body disfigurment/aggrevated untreated pre existing disabilties that will NOW require multiple cosmetic surgeries and laser scar treatments at taxpayer cost whilst for YEARS I have been 'treated' for FACTIOUS disorders I do NOT have(her delusions/fantasies of her mind due to FDIA with psychiatric manifestation). Plus pre existing REAL health issues(conditions) neglected and untreated/unsuccessful treated as needed treatments and referrals were delayed for NO reason other than all those years of my life being wasted and time wasted(plus taxpayers/nhs money) on alleged 'treatments' for FACTIOUS and fabricated/imposed diorders.

This situation is indicative of a larger issue within NHS mental services, where vulnerable adults are subjected to treatment in non-safeguarded settings, lacking necessary translators and video recordings of sessions. Without these safeguards, there is a lack of civil and criminal accountability for providing false and misleading or entirely fabricated medical information.

Adding to the trauma, fantasy and unfounded stories are often recorded in NHS records as facts, such as fabricated allegations of childhood abuse or past treatment stories without any evidence, leading to a continuous cycle of abuse. These practices not only damage the mental health and trust of patients but also erode the integrity of the NHS mental health system.

It's imperative that changes are made. All psychiatric sessions should be video and audio recorded and language barriers eliminated by providing translators who will do their jobs(as eg. in 2024 there is story that translators were provided/present and yet-translated records are NOT present and in one case translator was NOT present at all and of course records are FABRICATED and incorrect as result of NHS staff msijudging things and then denying to correct their errors/admit liability as they fear for own 'careers'), to ensure transparency and accountability. This would protect both patients and healthcare providers from misrepresentations and unwarranted allegations that may destroy somebody's life and put them in jail for real. Furthermore, there should be stringent checks and balances to verify the information before it is included in a patient’s medical records.

Demanding transparency and accountability in psychiatric treatment is crucial in restoring trust in the NHS mental health services and protecting vulnerable adults from further abuse.
