Texas State University Provost(s) + university system  who are over Academic Affairs and work study etc. trickled down, have been enabling de jure and de facto human rights, human liberties violations, and total discriminations to take place through the Texas State University Registrar’s Office, Parking Enforcement, Commercial Contracts, Athletic Department, & Housing (etc.) when enrollment entry equivalencies and competencies are met or are surpassed universally … Texas State University has total exclusion and unfair practices of refusing credits to be applied when coming from  institutions that are out of the State of Texas, out of the United States, and even when an individual is within the state of Texas or not while enrolling etc., Texas State University Provosts bar students via human rights violations and human liberties violations in: enrollment, transfer competencies, transfer equivalencies, advanced placement equivalencies, dual credit equivalencies, international student equivalencies, Office of Disability ADA  disregards from Academic Professors via non-compliance to Letters of Recommendation, inhibiting freedom of mobility & movement (transportation accesses and mass Parking fines are issued mercilessly due to sprawling & overcrowding), A. I. banning research and segregation from human ingenuities/intelligences, information accessibilities via freedoms of movement infringements and lack of adequate parking and apparatuses (trolleys, Marketplace, assets of golf carts, Shuttle buses, labor, electric scooters, electric bikes etc.), athletic department upward evolutions are jarred too due to blocks in accesses to technologies and lack of an Olympic pool, lack of inclusivity with N.A.S.A. contract for access to 400 foot pool, and there are mass isolated incidents of grading fraud by mass faculty and staff under the iron fists of the Provost(s)! 

These Texas State University Provost(s) are under the nose of the university President and have been committing acts of human degradation and financial extortion on students and parents for decades and even over a century.  Evidence is in the Registrar’s Office, Athletic Department, and Parking how the Provost(s) jar and thwart outcomes.  

These human rights violations and total exclusions of civil human liberties extend into the undergraduate, graduate programs, buildings [Alkek Library], centers, departments, colleges, personnel, admissions, students, alumni.  Unfair/, hateful, reverse discrimination and classisms of youth discrimination in grading practices/standards, audits, reviews, analysis, and studies) violate human rights to an education and accessibility to it, rights to “life” (physical life and wellbeing, student life, housing & residential life, academic life, financial life, life of justice, economic life, bankable life, spiritual life, moral life)!  

The human rights to work and access to jobs by accessibility of resources and fairness of grades is demanded (Alkek, Parking, transportation apparatuses, career center).  

Texas State University overcame a mass shooting recently  (student will not be named for their privacy reasons) due to professors downgrading him for writing research based papers that had more than one source that was empirical and proper, the professors failed the student in two classes and jarred his place in his parents will and testament when the student who transferred  from a top tier research school above Texas State University would not relent and comply to arbitrary exclusion and downgrading …  mass shootings can happen due to Provosts inducing deadly breakdowns on students and services!

Texas State University Provosts and system are not providing the human right to security of persons as a student and are retaliatory in grading and are devoid of structures and how-to’s!   The human right to health is jarred seeing that the Department of Education was once called The Department of Health, Education & Welfare, and subsequently was called the Federal Security Agency during World War I!  

Parking, mass racketeering, human exploitation and mass persecution must stop coming from the hand of the Provost(s) + university system and administration since metrics are upward in enrollment and retention.  Abolish study hall imprisonments initiatives and cultures under 50- hour a week mandates that prevents students from even going to funerals etc.  Freedom of movement and to be treated with humanity is required!  

The basic human right of just and favorable conditions, standards, and practices when at Texas State University working or attending to schoolwork is demanded!

The United Nations’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights & two international Treatises that shape Human Rights: (International Covenant on Economic, Social, & Cultural Rights (biological, humanities, and architectural humanities) & (International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (university public administrators + systems) must be adhered to by the Texas State University Provost(s), system, and administration!
