A Growing number of healthcare professionals are taking their lives or subjected to debilitating stress and anxiety from the investigative process by the regulators.

The Australian Healthcare Professional Advisory Solutions (AHPAS) team would like the following changes submitted to the parliament for action now.

-compulsory mental health support for all persons under investigation 
-abolish name and shame provisions 
-creation of counter action against proven vexatious frivolous claims against practitioners 

If the system does not change, the lives of Healthcare Professionals may be at risk due to a flawed and unjust regulatory system.
