THE PROBLEM :  INCARCERATING CHILDREN INSIDE THE JAIL SYSTEM CAUSING ALL SORTS OF TRAUMA'S.

Adolescents enter into these facilities misunderstood, and lost then entering back into the community as a menace to society. Now torn, conflicted, and suffering from new trauma's. With more inventive ways to cause chaos and mischief to the community. Example: " Mark age 15 goes to jail for selling drugs, mark now comes out of jail stealing, killing and still selling and doing drugs

SOLUTION : You cant rehabilitate a child their brains are still developing, processing. We are allowed to make mistakes in life that's a part of growing. I am proposing bootcamp as an alternative. By giving discipline with tact and diplomacy. I asking everyone to come on board with me by just signing this petition. There is strength in numbers as a community.
