The Issue

The U.S. military is preparing to implement one of the most disturbing and discriminatory protocols in recent history — instructing commanders to identify transgender service members and send them for medical checks with the specific intent of forcing them out.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth revealed the hostility driving this policy when he posted “No More Trans @ DoD” and told a crowd, “No more dudes in dresses. We’re done with that s---” — words that mock transgender troops and expose the cruel intent behind this forced outing and expulsion.

This is not just unjust. It is a betrayal.

Transgender troops who have served our country with courage and honor are now being targeted, outed against their will, and pressured to leave, all under the guise of routine health assessments. The message is clear: their very existence is no longer acceptable to this administration.

Sending someone to a doctor not for care, but to strip them of their livelihood, is a cruel manipulation of medical authority and a gross abuse of power.

This process not only violates privacy and dignity, it puts people in danger. It forces them to choose between hiding who they are or being cast out of the very institution they swore to serve.

This is not about readiness. It’s about erasure.

We demand an immediate end to this horrific policy. Every service member deserves respect, dignity, and the right to serve their country without fear of being hunted down for who they are.

Stop the purge. Protect transgender troops now.
