Urgent Appeal to stop worst genocide in Palestine followed by deadly assault by Israeli army,

Your Excellency

A worst genocide is going on in Palestine with officially 8000 people have been killed by Israeli air strikes as of today which includes 4000 children and 2000 women , drinking water to the city of Gaza has been stopped , electricity has been cut off , no internet along with food shortages . Chemical weapons are being used by Israeli namely white phosphorus with victims being as young as 1 month old babies.Civilian areas , religious buildings , Ambulances , hospitals have been destroyed resulting in killing of thousands .The body of evidence reviewed by Amnesty International indicates that Israel has used white phosphorus smoke artillery shells during an attack on the southern border town of Dhayra, a populated civilian area.

we demand United Nations and other human rights organisations to intervened as soon as possible because 

Grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, namely, any of the following acts against persons or property protected under the provisions of the relevant Geneva Convention:

1. Intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population as such or against individual civilians not taking direct part in hostilities.
2. Intentionally directing attacks against civilian objects, that is, objects which are not military objectives;
   
   
3. Attacking or bombarding, by whatever means, towns, villages, dwellings or buildings which are undefended and which are not military objectives
4. Intentionally directing attacks against buildings dedicated to religion, education, art, science or charitable purposes, historic monuments, hospitals and places where the sick and wounded are collected, provided they are not military objectives.
5. Employing poison or poisoned weapons.

Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide
Article II

In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such: 

1.Killing members of the group;
Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
2.Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
3.Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
4.Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

This inhuman genocide going on in Gaza need to be stopped as soon as possible because the momentum of these violations and killing is increasing everyday and un chartered itself describe these practices and international war crime so we demand all 193 member countries of united nation to act upon this ..
