According to TSA's new law, passengers must submit to a "Backscatter X-ray" device that creates a three-dimensional image of their skin's surface, effectively rendering them nude. This image is viewed by an employee in another area( just aside from where you are standing). If a passenger refuses, or arouses someone's suspicion, then they must submit to a new, aggressive pat-down procedure which includes the fingers and palm of an agent's hand on the breasts, testicles, penis and vagina.
