Gary has been leaving behind tree wastage and huge logs at people's properties without any form of payment or compensation. Despite several offers of payment from those in need, Gary chooses to abandon these burdensome wastes, expecting others to dispose of them at their own time, effort, and cost.

Gary still needs to stop leaving waste everywhere and find his own way to get it to the tip or a designated area that will allow burn permits.
