FOI Submitted

UPDATE
I have now submitted a Freedom of Information request to the Home Office concerning the 13 suppliers invited to 1-to-1 meetings as part of the asylum accommodation procurement process.
The Home Office has stated that these 13 suppliers were invited to meetings held between 29 August and 5 September 2025.
My FOI asks for records relating to:
• who the 13 suppliers were
• how they were selected from the RFI Round 2 respondents
• the selection criteria, scoring and assessment records
• who attended the supplier meetings and in what capacity
• records of those meetings
• the feedback suppliers gave on the proposed delivery model, route to market, lotting and national/regional coverage
• and records showing whether that supplier feedback was subsequently incorporated into the procurement strategy or further RFIs.
The purpose is straightforward:
to follow the procurement trail and establish what happened, who was involved, and how supplier input influenced the process.
When the Home Office responds, I will share the relevant information so that the evidence can be examined openly.
13 suppliers. One FOI.
Follow the paper trail.
