Teachers, CYW’s, tech support,EA’S, social workers, secretaries, janitors and many more play a vital role in the development and well-being of our students. They provide essential academic guidance, emotional support, and mentorship, helping students navigate the challenges of adolescence. The impact of their work cannot be overstated. According to the National Education Association, consistent interaction with supportive adults significantly improves student engagement and academic outcomes.
