The New Hampshire Child Protective Service has had a number of problems. Throwing money at the New Hampshire CPS will not help it from doing crimes against parents in one form or another as well as children. 

The solution is to retrain the New Hampshire CPS such that it "Balances Constitutional provisions with protecting children". The people of New Hampshire tend to be quite liberty minded and if we are to just write lies about them on paper and turn them into our courts it can be very detrimental to the children's health as well as parents. Thus, I am starting this petition to ask the New Hampshire Child Protective Services to be trained in how to observe the laws of our land and common sense with respect to parents. 

             We want children to be safe and the best way to save children are with parents. We don't just give children to mothers in a break up and especially if they defraud our courts. It is very important for fathers to bring children up especially the sons many times. The best option in most cases is to the have the natural parents raising their own natural children yet when this cannot happen we must observe the rights of the parents, we cannot fabricate lies and put them into the court because this is called "Extrinsic Fraud". My goal with this petition is to have the New Hampshire CPS retrained and taught how to behave properly when dealing with the natural parent or guardians. Lying is not an option unless actual severe harm might come to children in most cases the government would do well to stay out of the natural parents life and let them handle their own problems. Help keep families together and keep CPS from fabricating stories based on fake narratives!

The New Hampshire CPS cannot just fabricate fake stories about parents and input these stories into our court system as we have Constitutional provisions as well as common law to help remedy this. I am not an attorney yet sign this petition to help and Stop this New Hampshire CPS as well as to retrain them to behave properly. Whether it be a mother or father or guardian the We want the New Hampshire CPS to observe Constitutional rights and practice integrity first as well as use common sense in their jobs of protecting children. The government has no obligation to protect history is replete with proof of this besides it is physical impossibility many times
