As a concerned parent, I have witnessed the bullying, labelling, stereotyping, and abuse of authoritative power by the headteacher Mr. Rosen ,senior members of staff Mr. Lusardi, Miss C.Thomas , Mr. Wood at St Thomas More Catholic School in Wood Green (N22 5HN). This unfair treatment is particularly targeted towards black boys, who are often adultified and placed in isolated areas for minor issues. The mental health of these students is disregarded, their opinions are ignored, and only Ofsted ratings seem to matter to the administration.

This behavior has affected many children in the school and has raised significant concerns among parents. It is time for us to stand up against this injustice and demand a safe, supportive environment for all students.
