BSL is a very uneffective way to solve dog aggression. They believe getting rid of a breed will solve the problem, but it won't. Any dog has the potential to be aggressive, so attacks aren't just limitted to one breed. Instead of going after a breed we need to look more at the irresponsible owners and the dog that attacked. Look at what happened in Denver. Family pets were taken and euthanized because they didn't allow that breed in that area. It didn't matter if they were adults or puppies, they were put down. This is why we need to be the voice for the dogs who can't speak. Judge of deed not the breed and take a stand for these animals before it's too late. The dangerous dog list is long, and if we don't stop this now, we won't be able to own dogs period. These dogs have helped us for so long, now it's time for us to help them.
