Many companies made mandatory to look into the previous salary structure, but asking for salary information is a worst process and unethical. companies should be clear about what is the role, skill,  they are looking for in the candidate and then decide the remuneration that they can afford, so there is no need to look for current salary or previous remuneration that is to exploit  work force and tallent that leads to inequality of remuneration.

Salary history is used to exploit the job seeker as a main point to evaluate, compare applicants, set compensation, and negotiate salaries that lead to biases and underpayment.

I request the central government of India to make a law to ban asking for salary by corporate companies without loops holes
