If you are reading this, then you definitely know why we are here. It's time se put a stop to Anis khatoon Gwaizda's online Bully.. Anish was arrested by the Fijian Government On 1st February 2022 at her Hotel in Capricorn while on Holiday In Fiji. Before arriving in the country, Anish who goes by the name of Nazmeen, Queen Of Fiji Had been continuously using vulgar languages and bullying people on the social media app Tik Tok..Anish Bullied children,  mothers and to the extent of putting up their pictures and defaming them everyday.. When Nazmeen saw that she could bully anyone and get away with it, she turned and did the unimaginable.  She started to bully her own sisters, aunty, nieces and nephews. Her 70+ aunty tried to commit suicide and her nieces were mentally depressed. That was the last straw and they did a petition and made it to the Fiji Human Rights. The Fiji human rights took the matter seriously and worked in hand with the online commission and cyber crime. Now the wait started. On  27th January the wait ended when Namaka Police was tipped that Nazmeen is in the country and at Capricorn hotel. An arrest warrant was issued and Anish khatoon known as nazmeen was arrested on 30th January from Capricorn hotel on nadi. She was kept at the Border Police Cell, charged for online bullying and presented to court on 1st February. Her case number is 66/22 at Nadi Magistrate Court. While requesting for bail, the defense lawyer provided 2 surities and a cash bail bond. Nazmeen was granted bail with this conditions:

1. She was to delete her social media accounts
2. She must not abuse or use vulgar languages at anyone on social at any point
3. She was not to interfere with with witnesses.

On 22nd February Anish khatoon Gwaizda was once again arrested and charged for Breach Of bail Conditions. Gwaizda who Is already facing 2 counts of causing harm by posting electronic communications under the online safety act appeared in the Nadi Magistrate Court on a new charge of breaching bail Conditions case number 105/22. It is Alleged that between February 11th and the 17th she posted a video on Tik tok when she was strictly ordered to stay away from social media. The Court denied her bail and she was sent to Natabua Correction Center For remand. 

Fast forward to 2025 Anish Khatoon alias Nazmeen case is still going on and her last court date was 23rd February, 2025 at The Nadi Magistrate Court. 

Till today despite the case going on and being on bail, Anish khatoon goes on Tik Tok and swears at everyone. She openly Bullies people and has no end to her cruelty.  

It's time to put a stop and only we can do that. We need your signatures to take her to court once again. Remember she has already been charged and her case is with DPP. we all need to now come together and assist DPP by giving them all the evidence they will need to strengthen this case. Also your signatures is very important to assist the Court In Knowing How dangerous Anish is on Social Media..
