Day by day animal cruelty is rising in our country and no actions are being taken for those who are torturing these helpless animals! People who are protecting them are being harrased by the the local citizens,at time they are being beaten by the mob.Police officials are not lodging Complaint for cruelty against animals nor they are taking any sort of steps to ensure these animals are safe! Humans have become inhumans and animals are showing love and affection. We need to stop illtreating these animals,specially dogs! People are abandoning pets dogs! Or people are buying dogs for doing just business by breeding and selling puppies and later on abandoining the same dog and are leaving them on streets to die! Many cases are there where stray dogs are being beaten to death yet police officials fails to take legal actions against the murderers. Laws against animal cruelty must be made more strict so that before abandoning or killing any dog people should think of the consequences they should suffer! Change the indian animal cruelty act of 1960's.
