We call upon the government to halt all further non-commenced development in the Arun District until such time as a coordinated funded program is in place to address the issues of:

• drainage and sewage
• traffic 
• medical provision 
• school places

We are not nimbies. We are just fed up of the issues of localised flooding and sewage discharge; the lack of infrastructure to support new developments and not being able to access medical facilities.

All development was halted in Horsham for nearly two years due to the negative impacts on some protected snails. We have to walk through sewage and endure it being pumped into our streams and sea. We are important too.
