As we all know, Ireland is currently in the middle of fighting #COVID-19 and as announced by An Taoiseach Leo Varadkar Schools have closed until March 29th due to this. Many Educational institutes and other organisations have outlined their plans to tackle the disruption.. However the State Examinations Commission has so far failed in outlining such a plan 

Leaving Cert & Junior Cert Students who were due to shortly take part in Oral & Practical Exams before the school closures have been left with no communication or official statement from the SEC regarding the fate of the 2020 Examination Period. It has now been 7 Days since schools have closed and no information has been made available. These students who are ordinarily stressed preparing endlessly for these exams have been left emotionally distressed with the uncertainty surrounding the 2020 Exam period & The SEC and Minister of Education Need to address this..

I am calling out to you to #DemandSECAction. The SEC needs to release information regarding the measures being taken to tackle the disruption of COVID-19 for Junior & Leaving Certificate Exams now and prioritize the well-being of students now not later.
