Reinstate John Holmes St Johns Ambulance

The issue

If you have ever called an ambulance in Huntly, Ngaruawahia or Te Kauwhata,  you will more than likely have been helped by John Holmes. John is such a devoted, caring,  highly trained and fully competent paramedic.  Please show your support to get John's status as paramedic reinstated. 35 years service to the Waikato, especially Huntly, Ngaruawahia and Te Kauwhata. He is now classed as an EMT - Emergency Medical Technician which means he is not able to insert IVs, give IV pain relief and other drugs and other skills. This decision is very harsh after ONE blemish and really impacts our communities when we are in need of urgent medical treatment. Sign this petition which will be taken to Dr Tony Smith the Medical Director of St Johns. Thank you for your support!
