The Board made a decision to transfer our previous full time VP, Ms. Cristiano, out of St. Cecilia before school began. Parents were largely unaware of this decision and were therefore unable to express our concern.

We understand that the Board needs to make various business decisions for the efficiency of the entire system of schools, however, we are signing this petition in order to STRONGLY URGE our Superintendent (Mr. Chiutsi) and our Trustee (Ms. Wigston) to re-consider this decision. 

St. Cecilia catholic elementary school deserves a FULL-TIME VICE-PRINCIPAL. We are a thriving community, currently with 580 students! This is a tremendous workload for 1 Principal administrator.  We are concerned that a part time VP will not provide the attention and quality of education our community deserves. We are concerned various elements of our school community will not receive the full attention that a full time VP normally provides (organization of sacraments; school events; supervision support; IEPs; etc)

Please assign a FULL TIME VP to our school!
